Hi, I’m Agnes

I’m Agnes Timberger, LCSW. With over 30 years of experience, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused therapy. I believe everyone deserves a better version of themselves and a life filled with peace and joy. 

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a passion for helping others. Growing up in a Hispanic, alcoholic home, I often found myself mediating conflicts and providing support to my family. Initially, I pursued a career as a bilingual teacher, but my experiences working with veterans led me to switch paths and become a therapist. Tutoring children and helping my community showed me the profound impact of support and guidance. My background, combined with my personal experiences, has given me a deep understanding of trauma and the importance of empathy in the healing process. My faith and commitment to my church inspire me to provide compassionate care to those in need.

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS

I hold a Bachelor's in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and Spanish. My Graduate, post-graduate education includes specialized training in individual and family therapy, substance abuse treatment, psychodrama, trauma, and abuse. This diverse background equips me with the knowledge and skills to effectively support my clients through a variety of challenges.
